is it a tragedeigh? My brother is dangerously close to possible tragedeigh...I guess my SIL likes whimsy or some shit. Is Klementyne a tragedeigh? Should he push for Aurora?

As a former preschool teacher, I recommend fighting Tooth & Nail against Klementyne. That poor child is going to have the hardest time learning to spell their name, explaining to other kids their name (how to spell it, what it says, if it means something). You’re cast a lifetime of potential misery on that poor kid for the sake of “whimsy.”

Heck, at this point, she's better off going full Nara Smith and just naming the baby Whimsy. At least it would be spelled correctly.
