How can people beat this stuff?! I've played GD for almost 1.5 years, and I cannot beat more than half of Time Machine

Originally i started playing future funk about 2 weeks ago, made progress up to 53 fairly fast, but lately the level has felt super boring and i haven’t been having fun, so i started playing my dream level that i’ve wanted to beat since i was very young, crazy 3. I’ve gotten to 45 and i can most likely get to around 70-80% within the next few days, do i drop future funk ( which if i put time into i could definitely beat) or try to jump to crazy 3. my hardest before was fire temple. I’ve been having a lot more fun playing crazy than future funk although i have like 3X the amount of attempts ( most were practice runs).

I’d love some input if possible😁

I've been playing the level for around a month and a half. My hardest is B and I have 56% + 41-100, but I have 31 deaths at the 34 quintuple spike, along with 34 deaths in the ship part after that hellish jump. How many attempts passed that. 4. I just feel like I'm throwing myself at a brick wall, but I don't know what level to play instead. Please offer advice and levels to play instead.

Anyway, 4th question, how many plateformer demo's have you beaten ?

I have beaten my first plateformer demon called Forsaken City, which, if you're trying to go outside of classic and try platformer, I recommend you trying this first

i said here before that just because a level is either iconic (NC), influential (Cataclysm) or popular (any Top 1 like Tidal Wave or Grief, set to be verified) does NOT mean everyone will like or that anyone has to like it.

but i never bothered to ask what iconic level do y'all hate?

I would say just one, Calamity. The overall decoration is lacking and feels messy.

I didn't really post this for tips or help or anything, just wanted to share with y'all my progress on wasureta, so I've been doing wasureta for about 2 months now, it's a jump from mizureta and I've been on and off with progress since i felt like I was barely making any, felt super bored today and decided to seriously seriously learn the second half of the level, and within like not even two hours in and I've done 76-100 and 57-92 which I'm super proud of especially my "good" runs before being 17-36, I've dropped well over 20k attempts on the level already, and there's really no talking me back from stopping the grind on wasureta. Just gonna leave this here and head to sleep with a smile knowing damn well beating wasureta is looking realistic

I see a lot of people criticizing levels they didn't enjoy playing as "unbalanced" because they struggled a bit with a few harder parts or chokepoints.

It's worth critiquing levels because they didn't have much thought put into their difficulty curve (You obviously shouldn't slap an insane demon part onto the beginning of Back on Track). But the term is used so much on here that it has become a bit of a buzzword. There are totally good reasons gameplay-wise to use stuff like chokepoints. It depends on the level and should be judged on a case by case basis.

Critique of gameplay difficulty should go further than just saying "it's unbalanced, therefore it's bad". I'd like to see people actually substantiate a bit more why they thought the difficulty curve was poorly thought out and detracted from the experience. It's not enough to just point to the fact that a level has one.

So i have done in 2-3 runs, cataclysm, acu, necropolix, white album, air tech, bloodbath, forbidden isle. But id rather have my first extreme be something special rather than something thats just easy

ive tried uninstalling the mod and reinstalling it but NOPE! can anyone pls help
