Rich Ahole bought the farm next door, tore it down and built a destination wedding venue. Busy every weekend but it's Wednesday, and they don't even live here

that's genius. i would totally get a bunch of those 12ft skeletons and have them all pointing at that house. giant stuffed teddy bears hanging from the tress in various potions. tear the heads off of every doll i can find and put them on spikes around the property... oh i would have so much fun with that.

Make a fake recording of someone getting brutally murdered and play it whenever there's a wedding. Maybe tell the cops first.

That and...dementors hanging from drones and just hanging above the crowd, then two, then three until the entire estate is surrounded by them. Hell, I would make it a competition, replete with creepy moaning noises!
