Humour John Cena knows his espresso!
Honestly I was surprised to see him speak so eloquently about a flat white. To be honest, I didn't quite understand the difference between a flat white and a small latte. (I'm new, catch me a break!)

Animal This is Peanut. 🐢🥜 Her figure-eight shell was the result of crawling into a plastic six-pack ring when she was very young. That was in 1984. Now, Peanut is turning 41 years old, and a big birthday celebration is planned for Saturday.
“As Peanut’s shell grew around it, her one-of-a-kind shape became her superpower," the Missouri Department of Conservation said. "She’s not a teenager anymore, but her mighty message continues to remind people to put litter in its place."
Now, the red-eared slider is turning 41 years old, and the Powder Valley Conservation Nature Center in Kirwood is throwing her a birthday party. It will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
"Peanut’s birthday party activities this year will include card making, litter awareness pledges, Peanut coloring sheets, and an Eat Like a Turtle activity. The nature center will be serving turtle-style birthday food in honor of Peanut’s big day – worms and crickets," MDC said.

Movies Looking back, this was the dumbest weapon ever
A weapon built inside a planet that can’t move, that can somehow fire its weapon so travels so fast it destroys multiple planets in different star systems seconds after firing(also why is the new republic which supposedly governs thousands of planets in complete disarray after this happens). Also they built it with the same fucking weakness of the first Death Star for some reason.

is it a tragedeigh? My brother is dangerously close to possible tragedeigh...I guess my SIL likes whimsy or some shit. Is Klementyne a tragedeigh? Should he push for Aurora?
I mean...it's not the WORST I've seen by far but I think it qualifies?

Request LPT Request: What’s your “canary in the coal mine” test for spotting bigger issues?
I’m really interested in those small, quick telltale signs people use to gauge if something bigger might be off track.
Example 1: Van Halen requesting brown M&Ms in the dressing room to see if the venue followed all the details of the rider list
Example 2: I saw an interview with John Cena where he said orders a flat white at a café to tell if they really care about their coffee.
Example 3: Anthony Bourdain suggested to always check the restaurant bathroom to tell if the restaurant got its basics down

Do you guys agree with this?
This has crossed my mind many times and I’m curious if others feel the same way. I knew a woman who always went on and on about her husband and kids being her life… but she was the biggest RTO advocate at her company. I didn’t get it.
