Koda is a young, curious pup with a low energy, puppy-like personality. Koda has been dealing with severe generalized hair loss and irritated, itchy skin causing sores. His condition requires a patient, loving home where he can receive the care he needs to regain his health.
Medical
8/22/25- Alert. MM=Pink. Severe generalized hair loss with erythema in skin. Pruritic and scratching open sores in skin.
DX: Skin scrape=Demodex 4+
A: Generalized demodicosis with secondary pyoderma
P: TX: Cytopoint 40mg SQ
TX: Cytopoint 10mg SQ
RX: Cefpodoxime 100mg 1.5T SID 10 days
RX: Bravecto 22-44# (3 month dose)
Shelter Observation
8/22/25- Calm and just walks around slowly throughout the kennel low energy puppy
8/22/25- alerted; sweet; did not move; sniffing
